Transformation has existed as a company for over 10 years and  has maintained the founding principle in community development~ social health must parallel economic wealth. Culture must play a pivotal role in business development to maintain identify in a modern world. While we have travelled across the Americas, the number one  concern in indigenous community is how to address social issues, from poverty to violence, and we base our work on  the principle that solutions must come from within community.

Our work at Transformation focuses on empowerment of personhood from family, community, administration governance and corporate approaches. Empowered choices  and action create lasting results. 

This blog  has been created to highlight our work, experience and insights in our travels as Transformation.
